Steve Higginbotham is the featured speaker on our GBN Special Presentation this week. We caught up with Steve during his recent visit to Gatlinburg, TN and were able to record this excellent material that he presented. Steve, who is also an accomplished writer, maintains his own website (preachinghelp.org) and puts out a weekly devotional email called MercEmail. Steve has the ability to take his observations from the world around us and use them effectively as illustrations in his speaking. Tune in at 9:00 EDT / 6:00 PDT from Monday through Friday this week for these great lessons.
GBN viewers may be interested to know that more programs will be forthcoming from the Gatlinburg congregation. Starting in August, we will begin airing from that location weekly in our "On the Lord's Day" program on Sunday mornings. Rod Rutherford, a frequent speaker on GBN, is the preacher for the congregation in Gatlinburg.
Saturday's GBN Special Presentation contains a discussion about young men's training camps. More and more congregations are being involved in helping to give our young men great Bible teaching and some instruction on how to deliver a lesson. Tune in on Saturday at 11:00 EDT / 8:00 PDT to hear more about these camps that are becoming much more numerous and popular around the country.
